Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy that drives both financial gain and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify new markets, leads, and customer needs, as well as potential sales channels.
  2. Customer Outreach: Build relationships with potential clients through face-to-face and phone interactions, arranging meetings and promoting our products/services to address or predict their objectives.
  3. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, leveraging market knowledge and negotiation skills.
  4. Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates on performance metrics.
  5. Customer Support and Retention: Offer exceptional after-sales support, building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  1. Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the food and beverage supply chain and/or restaurant catering industry.
  2. Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  3. Time Management and Planning: Strong time management and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  4. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in sales or business development.
