Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager, Wholesale Partners to lead our European and Middle East team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving GUBI's growth and expansion across key markets in Europe and MEA.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.">
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners in Europe and MEA.">
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans and marketing campaigns.">
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement.">

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Wholesale Key Account Management, ideally within the design or furniture industry. They should also possess excellent business acumen, with a full understanding of the value chain.

  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication in English.">
  • Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, French, or Italian is considered a strong advantage.">
  • Ability to travel 30-40 days annually across key markets.">
