The Global HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's international growth and development. This includes working with the team to implement the overall long-term People & Culture strategy globally, while providing day-to-day operational support to the HQ population split across Copenhagen and Paris offices.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong partnerships across the organisation to deliver best-in-class HR service to people managers and employees.
  • Support people managers across all stages of employee life cycles, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and exiting.
  • Accountable for the rollout of the annual performance management process (PDP) and design/deliver related training and development initiatives.
  • Work closely with people managers to support performance management and implement required actions, including Performance Improvement Plans and performance conversations.
  • Collaborate with people managers to improve engagement, retention, and organisational effectiveness, driving stronger business performance.
  • Take care of everyday employee questions and be accountable for solving employee relations issues.
  • Provide employees and people managers with internal HR counselling, ensuring credibility and professionalism in dealing with challenging cases.
  • Be an active member of ad-hoc future HR projects and initiatives.
  • Support the HR Operations Coordinator with admin and operational work, including contract drafting, international mobility, and relocation.
