We are seeking an analytical and self-driven Project Cost Controller to join our Finance Department in Copenhagen.

As a key member of the team, you will oversee and manage cost tracking and analysis, ensuring compliance with IFRS 15. Your expertise will drive process improvements, enhance financial visibility, and support business growth.

  • You will analyze human-related expenses, reconcile data, and participate in Standard Cost calculation.
  • Collaborate closely with our Business Finance/FP&A team to deliver high-quality financial reports and analysis.
  • Analyze numbers thoroughly, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to decision-makers.
  • Improve reporting from our ERP system, currently AX, transitioning to Microsoft Dynamics 365 in 2025.
  • Support our FP&A team with data, assist in audit preparations, and participate in various finance and cross-functional projects.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have a master's degree in economics, finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance/controlling.

Ideally, you have:

  • The ability to adapt quickly, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • A 'hands-on' approach and the ability to work independently.
  • A passion for working with data, creating greater visibility, and presenting it in an easily understandable way.
  • Experience in financial and economic analyses, driving process improvements, and collaborating with various stakeholders across the business.
  • Experience with ERP D365/Axapta is an advantage, along with strong Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of IFRS 15 is an advantage.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English, with an international mindset.
