As a Growth Account Manager at Eficode, you'll join a talented team of professionals who are passionate about software development, innovation, and customer success. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and tailored solutions.\
  • Pursue and land qualified leads, leveraging internal sources like demand generation, marketing, and partner leads to drive new business opportunities.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.\
  • Apply your knowledge of both offering and IT Services markets to deliver holistic Eficode solutions that meet customer requirements.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.\
  • Leverage CRM software to optimize sales processes, drive results, and continuously improve performance.\
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.\

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A post-high school degree in sales or IT sales, with a strong background in B2B sales and account management.\
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably from the software industry and/or IT consulting services.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.\
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools like email, chat, and video conferencing, with a strong command of Swedish and English languages.\
  • Ability to analyze complex customer needs and develop creative solutions to meet their goals.\
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.\
