Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Archaeological Network Research Specialist to join our team at the Social Resilience Lab. As part of this role, you will be responsible for conducting innovative research in archaeological network analysis, developing new method workflows, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:- Conduct literature reviews on network representation approaches and their application in archaeology.
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including ceramic datasets.
- Develop and implement novel method workflows for network analysis in archaeology.
- Collaborate closely with project members from archaeology and computer science backgrounds.
- Present research findings at international conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
To be successful in this role, you must have a PhD in archaeology, history, or a related field, with expertise in handling humanities and archaeological data. You should also have experience in network research, familiarity with GIS and statistics, and excellent written and spoken English skills.
BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary of approximately 43,000-65,000 DKK per month (based on level of experience), depending on qualifications and other factors.
