Salary and Benefits

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced researcher to join our team at the Social Resilience Lab. As an Archaeological Network Researcher, you will be responsible for leading research projects focused on network analysis of material culture data. Your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting literature reviews on network representation approaches in archaeology
  • Developing new method workflows for network analysis of ceramic data
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement research projects
  • Publishing research findings in peer-reviewed journals and presenting results at international conferences

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • PhD degree in archaeology, history, classics, digital humanities, or a related field
  • Experience in handling humanities and archaeological data to a high scientific standard
  • Familiarity with network research methods and tools
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
