About the Role

We are actively seeking candidates to fill a full-time IT Support Analyst position in our Copenhagen office. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding the stability, security, and performance of our SaaS solutions while providing expert support for Office 365, Windows, and mobile devices.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including cloud software, networks, and security systems.
  • Configure and manage Office 365 applications, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
  • Provide technical support and setup for Windows workstations, Apple Macs, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
  • Document IT procedures and provide user training when needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Ideally 2 years of experience as an IT Support Analyst, System Administrator, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS device management.
  • Understanding of IT security best practices.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent English language proficiency required – Danish is a plus but not required.
