About the RoleThis senior-level position involves developing and implementing comprehensive account plans that drive revenue growth and align with client objectives and company goals. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with experience in managing complex client portfolios and delivering tailored solutions that enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the commercial team to secure new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Develop and implement comprehensive account plans that drive revenue growth and align with client objectives and company goals.
- Proactively manage client satisfaction, retention, and account growth, understanding their needs and delivering beyond expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of revenue streams from managed clients, ensuring targets are met and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with teams across Frankly to deliver tailored solutions that enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies and enhance the competitive position of our offerings.
Requirements:
- Client management – demonstrable experience of managing a portfolio of clients successfully.
- Sector understanding – experience in how large multi-nationals operate is particularly valuable, ideally, but not exclusively across B2B sectors.
- A strong and eloquent communicator, fluent English is essential both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen – understand the dynamics of commercial negotiations, be financially literate and have a natural interest in the wider business ecosystem.
- Tenacious, with a fair degree of hustle.
