To keep everyday life running smoothly, we need you – a responsible and service-minded office assistant (piccolo/piccoline).

Job Description

About the job

The position is full-time (37 hours/week + ½ hour lunch). Working hours are between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (Fridays until 4:00 p.m.). The employment is temporary for 1–1½ years, making it perfect if you're on a gap year. Your first working day will be December 15, 2025.

As an office assistant, you will have a varied workday, where you will, among other things:

• Ensure the coffee machines are always working and refilled.
• Cover in the reception and take weekly closing shifts.
• Sort and send mail.
• Assist in the print shop with copying, scanning, and assembling folders.
• Help in the canteen with light kitchen tasks and meeting catering.
• Carry out data entry and other administrative tasks.
• Prepare and tidy meeting rooms.
• Run errands/deliveries (if you have a driver's license).

In short – you will become an important link ensuring that daily operations run smoothly across the office. No two days are the same, and you'll gain insight into many different tasks.

Qualifications

About you

You are responsible, thorough, and reliable – and you take pride in doing your tasks properly. Experience is not required, as we will train you, but it is important that you are eager to provide good service and build good relationships with your colleagues.

• Thrive in a workday with both fixed routines and ad hoc tasks.
• Take ownership of your assignments and see them through.
• Are comfortable with IT (we use Google Suite, and of course you will be trained).

We are a small team spread across four locations in Søborg, Glostrup, Aarhus, and Aalborg. In the reception in Søborg, we are two people, with whom you will work closely on a daily basis. We depend on each other to best assist and support our colleagues who rely on us every day.
