We're on the lookout for a Partner Success Manager, who will help us build strong partnerships while tackling an ever moving industry with all the possibilities that it brings. What is Moonrise?

We've spent the last 9 years in Lunar developing innovative tech and product solutions for users and businesses. Now, we are opening up our technology to fintechs, allowing them access to local accounts and payments via APIs. 

This is Moonrise by Lunar, and we want you to be part of it This role is located in our Aarhus office. You will report to Anne Sørensen, Head of Partner Success & Operations, Moonrise.

What will you do?

Collaborate with our partners, ensuring their day-to-day needs are met and they have a positive experience with our product..

Onboard new partners when contracts are closed and help with all implementation processes.

Conduct regular check-ins with partners to review their progress, gather feedback, and ensure we are meeting their expectations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for your partners, building strong, trusted relationships with their team.

Drive growth for partners, either by new possibilities or products.

Translate feedback from partners and issues into actionable insights, collaborating with internal teams like Tech, Backoffice and Financial Crime Prevention teams to drive solutions and product improvements.

Continuously identify and implement process optimizations to improve both our internal setup and the overall partner experience.

What are we looking for in you?

A minimum of 2 years of experience within the payments space and a understanding of the tech landscape.

Experience with building strong, trusted relationships with partners.

A proactive, action-oriented mindset who thrives with being in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Has a natural ability to solve problems and communicate clearly with key stakeholders and partners.

A true team-player with a track record of collaborating effectively with technical and operational teams.
