Your responsibilities and tasks:

Hos GEA leverer vi avanceret udstyr og projektspecifikke løsninger til mejeri-, bryggeri-, kemi-, fødevare-, og den farmaceutiske industri. Med over medarbejdere på tværs af 62 lande specialiserer vi os i bæredygtige og effektive løsninger, der optimerer produktionen og mindsker miljøpåvirkningen.

I Skanderborg indgår du i et Service Support team på 7 kolleger, som en del af en samlet serviceafdeling. Her mærker du hurtigt, at vi har hinandens ryg – både fagligt og personligt. Så vi hjælper hinanden med at få opgaverne i mål, og gør det gerne med et godt grin undervejs.

Som Sales & Service Coordinator er du den, kunderne i Danmark, Norge, Sverige og Finland rækker ud til, når der skal bruges reservedele og teknisk afklaring. Det betyder, at du får kontakt til både salg og service, og har en vigtig rolle i at sikre, at kundens spørgsmål bliver omsat til konkrete løsninger.

Du får en varieret hverdag, når du:

  • udarbejder tilbud og håndterer ordrer på reservedele til kunder i hele Norden samt globale GEA-selskaber
  • afklarer kundeforespørgsler og yder teknisk support
  • er den administrative support for både salgs- og serviceeksekveringsafdelingerne
  • følger op på leverancer og sikrer tydelig kommunikation til interne og eksterne partnere
  • identificerer mersalgsmuligheder i tilbudsfasen og bidrager aktivt til den kommercielle indsats.

Your profile and qualifications:

Du er god til at skabe overblik og holde strukturen i en hverdag, der kan byde på mange opgaver sideløbende. Desuden nyder du kundekontakten og trives fint med at tage den i en kommerciel retning – især fordi du let tænker dig til nye løsninger, fremfor at fokusere på begrænsninger.

Endelig forestiller vi os, at du:

  • har en teknisk forståelse og kan sætte dig ind i kundens behov – uanset om du selv er teknisk uddannet (fx som maskinmester, mejerist) eller har en administrativ baggrund (fx kontorassistent)
  • har erfaring med SAP, som er vores ERP-system
  • taler og skriver dansk og engelsk flydende
