What You Can Expect

Our EMEA DTS Marketing team (Digital & Technology Solutions) is currently looking for a Business Operations Manager, responsible to oversee all commercial operations and commercial execution processes of TDS to ensure goals and objectives are achieved efficiently. Within this job, you will establish policies and procedures to synchronize teams, resources, and commercial results across EMEA.

How You'll Create Impact

Conceptualize, design, and implement commercial processes and workflows to enhance productivity and operational efficiency within the organization. Develop and standardize processes and tools for DTS deal contracting and performance tracking. Lead quarterly performance reviews focusing on underperformance and work together with the business on mitigation strategies. Implement and manage centralized demand planning within a new EMEA category demand planning concept. Develop and drive initiatives to improve and simplify deal policies and other processes throughout the sales cycle. Create and deliver training materials on the commercial process, including marketing and educational toolkits. Ensure accurate invoicing of customers according to their service level agreements in coordination with the Sales and Technical Service teams. Collaborate with the legal and data privacy team to optimize and enhance contracting processes. Integrate new contractual frameworks into the existing billing process in collaboration with the IT department. Serve as the central function for all management reports for DTS. Collaborate with the business and Commercial Analytics team to enhance existing reports and create new ones as needed. Manage the contract lifecycle and proactively inform the DTS sales team of upcoming expiring agreements and cross-selling opportunities. Support the roll-out of Salesforce.com for DTS in EMEA, taking the lead in defining requirements and working closely with the Salesforce team on implementation. Create SFDC dashboards and reports to understand business performance.  Support the introduction of a novel commercial deal management application. Provide sales training and further improve the tool according to the sales feedback. Develop new tools and processes to support the digitalization and automation of the commercial offering process.

Your Background

BSc or MSc holder in the field of project management, business administration, information systems, finance/accounting, or related fields Significant experience in Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Sales and/or Operations Understanding of how to implement or execute operational excellence strategies including implementation of new processes and policies to improve efficiencies Experience in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. Power Automate, PowerBI) and SFDC is highly appreciated Strong analytical capability and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
