We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Manager (maternity cover) who will be responsible for all general operations in the sales team making sure that all structures are in place for the transactional business to run smooth and conduct KPI reports supporting the Sales Management with important insights for decision making and strategy development. Expected start October 2024 for about 10-12 months.

The ideal candidate

Ideally, you have experience from a role within Sales or customer service within the design & furniture business and have a strong understanding of the transactional business and structures within a sales organization.

Furthermore, you are passionate about transforming strategies into great structures and maintaining these to secure smooth operations and a great customer experience.

Your key responsibilities

As Sales Operations Manager, you are an important link between sales management, our regional sales teams and customer care department.

Your main responsibility is leading and supporting renewal of all our annual agreement signing with partners/dealers and their incentive programme. Furthermore, you conduct KPI reporting and serve Sales management with monthly reporting and ongoing requests. Finally, you communicate to our customers: changed terms & conditions, product availability and launch data & price updates.

Most important responsibilities.

Lead and support our sales team in the annual agreement signing process with partners /dealers

Review and support customer incentive program.

Launch new price- and master-data towards dealers. Including customer specific pricelist creation.

Conduct KPI reporting and optimization in the Sales team. Serving sales management with monthly reporting and ongoing request.

Maintain sales terms, sales manager areas & customer terms in ERP system.

Communication to dealer network

Your profile

Besides being a Self-driven, proactive team player, we are looking for someone, who:

Has a HD, cand.merc, Markedsføringsøkonom degree or similar

Has a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience and understand the structures in a sales organization and the transactional business/order handling.

Structured mindset and good at prioritizing work tasks and keeping deadlines

Strong communication skills and enjoy working across the organization.

Fluent English and Danish oral and written. It is an advantage if you also speak German or French.

Experienced ERP & CRM system user and business warehouse experience is an advantage.

Controlling experience is an advantage.
