Vi søger en ny kollega til vores team i København. Du vil blive en del af vores danske team, som hver dag hjælper kirker på tværs af Danmark med at gøre kommunikation og administration nemmere igennem ChurchDesk.


Vi giver alle ansatte og frivillige ude i kirkerne adgang til en personlig og professionel support. Det er er vores mål at sikre en høj kvalitet samtidig med en hurtig responstid. Det gør vi ved at tilbyde hjælp via telefon, chat og e-mail, samt via vores omfattende helpdesk. Den gode support er vores vigtigste indsats i forhold til at sikre glade kunder.


Opgaver

  • Hjælpe ansatte og frivillige med at bruge vores værktøjer på skrift og telefon

  • Løbende udvikle og vedligeholde vores helpdesk med artikler og gode råd

  • Følge op på interne processer og kommunikation med vores produktteam

  • Afholde webinarer og kurser ifm. træning af kunder og lancering af nye produkter

  • Levere services til vores kunder, herunder opbygning af hjemmesider og andre ydelser

Vi anvender gode værktøjer og processer til at understøtte arbejdet med support, som du vil få en grundig introduktion til.


ChurchDesk som arbejdsplads

Vores kunder er nogle af de største og ældste institutioner i verden. Kirken ændrer sig for at forberede sig på fremtiden, og vi er her for at hjælpe dem. Det er afgørende for dem at forbedre deres måde at arbejde på og holde kontakten til deres medlemmer og samfund.


Vi har eksisteret i 14 år og er vokset på tværs af Europa fra en nystartet iværksætter til en international virksomhed, og vi har stadig en masse spændende arbejde foran os. I dag arbejder vi med over 600 kirker i Danmark og 7000 kirker i Europa. Vi er en virksomhed med 50 medarbejdere fordelt på to kontorer i København og Berlin.
