I din rolle bliver du en central del af et mindre, dedikeret team, hvor du bringer din positive energi, humor og naturlige evne til at skabe gode relationer i spil. Du vil være bindeleddet mellem vores tekniske og kommercielle teams og sikre, at kunderne får en personlig, professionel og god oplevelse.

 

Om stillingen:

Som Customer Success ansvarlig vil du sørge for, at vores kunder får mest muligt ud af vores platform og services. Du vil have en vigtig rolle i at sikre, at kundernes tekniske udfordringer hurtigt bliver løst, og at deres feedback bruges til at forbedre vores løsninger.

 

Som Customer Success ansvarlig vil du:

Være ansvarlig for first line tech-support og hjælpe vores kunder med tekniske udfordringer. Sikre positiv kundec­­entreret onboarding af nye brugere på platformen. Arbejde tæt sammen med både tech-og salgsteams for at skabe en sammenhængende kundeoplevelse. Planlægge og facilitere workshops og webinarer for at styrke kundernes forståelse og brug af platformen. Indsamle og videreformidle kundefeedback for løbende forbedring af vores platform. Udarbejde og vedligeholde guides, tutorials og andet brugermateriale. Kommunikere nye produktfeatures (og -fixes) direkte til vores kunder Bistå produkt- og udviklingsteamet med kvalitetssikring af platformen Evt. bistå marketing i opdatering og udvikling af vores kommercielle site

 

Om dig:

Vi forestiller os, at du:

Har en stærk kundeorienteret tilgang og brænder for en god kundeoplevelse. Har en naturlig evne til at kommunikere tekniske løsninger på en enkel og forståelig måde. Besidder en god humoristisk sans og kan skabe en positiv oplevelse, selv i pressede situationer. Har erfaring med tech-support, IT-support eller lignende funktioner. Er selvstændig, proaktiv og kan prioritere opgaver baseret på kundernes behov. Har en god forståelse for digitale løsninger og lærer hurtigt nye teknologier. Dansk, både skriftligt og mundtligt, og har gode engelskkundskaber. Trives med at håndtere flere opgaver på én gang og kan bevare overblikket. Er en teamplayer med stærke samarbejdsevner og en positiv indstilling.

Erfaring med HubSpot er en fordel, da det er en vigtig del af vores værktøjskasse for kundehåndtering og kommunikation – men ikke et krav.
