Hvad er Wolfpack?

De ændrer måden virksomheder arbejder med udgifter på. Deres software automatiserer processen fra en udgift finder sted, til den er godkendt, betalt og bogført. Denne proces har før været tung, kringlet og manuel. Nu giver de virksomhederne en billigere, bedre og mere robust proces for godkendelse, bogføring og betaling.

Hvad omhandler jobbet?

Som Customer Success Manager er det dit ansvar at sælge til inbound leads, at kunderne kommer godt i gang, og at eksisterende kunders udfordringer håndteres korrekt.

Rollen omhandler bl.a.:

  • Fuld håndtering af inbound leads (inkl. afholdelse af produkt-demoer)
  • Support af eksisterende kunder (ved opsætning, udfordringer o.lign.)
  • Ejerskab af salgsproces fra første kontakt til lukket kunde
  • Håndtering af partnerskaber i samarbejde med ledelsen
  • Rapportere salgsperformance til ledelsen
  • Oprette og håndtere CRM-processer
  • Onboarding af nye kunder

Rollen indebærer en høj grad af selvstændighed, og du vil få rig mulighed for at sætte dit eget præg på hvordan opgaverne løses og afdelingen opbygges.

Du er sandsynligvis ung, ambitiøs og enten lige blevet færdig med din uddannelse eller har brug for en pause fra studierne. Du er klar til at trykke på speederen og sætte fart på din udvikling sammen med et stærkt og erfarent team.

  • En A-player, som naturligt tager ejerskab og ansvar
  • Erfaring med salg af software
  • Kendskab til regnskab (klar fordel hvis du har bogført og betalt en faktura før, da det giver forståelse for kundernes use-cases)
  • Lærenem og udadvendt, med en naturlig evne til at skabe relationer
  • Trives i en rolle, med stor frihed og klare målsætninger
  • Det er en fordel, hvis du er lokaliseret i København

Stillingen er fuldtid med fast månedsløn. Løn ud fra kompetencer.
