Vi søger en struktureret, effektiv og energisk supportkonsulent med flair for det tekniske og som brænder for kundeservice til vores løsning KMD Nexus. KMD Nexus er en omsorgs- og sundhedsløsning, som håndterer alt fra medicin til planlægning af hjælp i hjemmet til landets svageste borgere.

Om jobbet
Du vil komme til at arbejde tæt sammen med dine kollegaer i Servicedeskteamet, som består af 6 Servicedesk-medarbejdere, 2 tekniske medarbejdere og en daglig leder.

Dine opgaver vil bl.a. være:

  • Daglig telefonisk kontakt med vores kunder.
  • Håndtering af indgående supportsager i vores henvendelsessystem Servicenow.
  • Oprettelse af fejlsager og ændringsønsker fra kunder til udviklingsafdelingen.
  • Vurdere og prioritere alle indkomne sager i samarbejde med vores udviklingsteam.
  • Vejledning af vores kunder i brug af systemet
  • Løbende information til vores kunder om drift, nye funktioner mv.
  • Sikre vidensdeling på tværs i teamet.
  • Indgå i turnus på drifstvagtordning ud over normal åbningstid

Teamet har et tæt samarbejde med de øvrige teams i KMD Nexus, og du vil derfor dagligt have kontakt til andre afdelinger og faggrupper, særligt konsulenter, produktejere og kundeansvarlige.

Om dig
Vi er på udkig efter dig, der er god til at sætte dig ind i kundens udfordring og svare på komplekse sager. Det er en stor fordel, hvis du i forvejen har kendskab til KMD Nexus enten som systemadministrator eller superbruger og samtidig har en social- eller sundhedsfaglig baggrund.

Udover en generel flair og interesse for IT ser vi gerne hvis du er nysgerrig på hvordan vi opsætter og vedligeholder kunders tekniske konfigurationer i Azure Cloud bl.a. med hjælp af teknologier som Anisble, Kubernetes og MySQL. Det er ikke et krav, at du har kendskab til disse i forvejen.

Som person er du struktureret og har fokus på at hjælpe vores kunder til at finde konkrete løsningsmuligheder. Du kan arbejde selvstændigt, men fungerer bedst i et teamsamarbejde. Du har fokus på at eksekvere opgaver til tiden og med den nødvendige høje kvalitet og grundighed. Du kan kommunikere sikkert og overbevisende på dansk til vores kunder, samt på engelsk til både interne og eksterne interessenter.
