We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations & Customer Service Manager to join our team and lead our Nordic customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities
We run a both complex and demanding logistics operations and never back down from our promise to deliver first-class service. As the Operations & Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing lubricants operations and customer service activities. You will ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with Company policies and in collaboration with relevant support teams from our Head Office.
This is for you
- Drive a strong customer focus.
- Ensure correctness and completeness of flows in SAP.
- Optimize tools and processes to improve service.
- Lead Customer Relationship Management.
Logistics Support:
- Develop strategies for logistics solutions.
- Manage tenders on the Lubricants Supply Chain.
- Ensure excellence in transport documents and customs clearance.
IT:
- Act as a key user in SAP SD.
- Super user for the Company's online platforms and EDI exchanges.
- Co-owner of the CRM Lubricant business tool.
Projects:
- Identify, specify, and manage projects in the department.
Leadership and management:
- Motivate and manage a team of 4 people in Customer Service Nordic.
- Act as a backup for the Supply Chain and Procurement Manager.
- Ensure the proper organization and continuous optimization of the team.
- Conduct appraisals and individual meetings.
- Drive the TotalEnergies values and implement the Nordics strategy.
- Measure and report on performance using relevant KPIs.
- Encourage innovation within the department.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a strong team player who excels at building robust customer relationships and collaborates effectively with others to achieve business goals.
Your background
Professional
- Bachelor or master's degree in supply chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably with exposure to the Nordic market or a complex international environment.
- Advanced skills in Excel and experience as a SAP key user or with equivalent ERP systems.
- Experience on Power BI and Power apps.
- Financial basic knowledge.
- Fluent in English and one Scandinavian language; French knowledge is a plus.

- Leadership and the ability to create a motivating work environment must be part of your DNA.
- Strong analytical skills with great project management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and meet the expectations of various stakeholders.
- Curious, open-minded and a true team player.
