The Commercial Performance team engages across direct channels with an omnichannel approach ensuring that commercial performance and shopper insights are transparent and elevated into core decision processes enabling LEGO Retail to steer against headwinds to achieve the strategic ambitions.

We currently have two exciting Commercial Performance Manager openings, created due to new headcount growth within the team.

Both our roles offer a unique opportunity to dive deep into data, shape decision-making, and contribute to the ongoing success of our global branded channel strategy.

Do you have what it takes?
  1. The preferred candidate will have proficiency in both digital and physical retail analytics, data visualization, and tag management —such as Adobe Analytics (including tracking), SQL, and big data platforms.
  2. Experience with analytics of digital loyalty programs would be a great add on as the role will engage in optimizing the impact and performance of the LEGO Insiders program.
  3. An analytical mentality with a balance of being both creative and analytical.
  4. Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion within time with minimal guidance and communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner.
  5. Highly developed collaboration skills with an open mind and ability to work across many departments.
  6. Ability to identify problems and support solutions that solve product limitations while delivering strategic business growth.
  7. Finally, but not least, we need you to be fluent in business English.
