Online Commercial Development Manager

As a commercial development manager at Samsøe Samsøe, you will play a key role in driving the company's online retail strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong partnerships with e-commerce platforms such as Zalando, SSENSE, NAP China, Ounass, and Answear.
The purpose of this position is to maximize revenue by creating and executing commercial strategies that meet the needs of both Samsøe Samsøe and its partners. This includes developing product delivery flows, marketing initiatives, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and implement joint business plans with each partner on a yearly and seasonal basis
- Ensure product mix is constantly updated to meet changing market demands
- Maintain direct contact with buyers/merchandisers daily to discuss product development and delivery
- Control visuals and delivery flow with partners to ensure seamless product presentation
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness
- Monitor business intelligence and reporting to optimize commercial performance
- Control stock levels and work with auto-generated reorder to minimize waste and excess inventory
- Evaluate EAN and data sharing processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through commercial development and partnership management
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to present complex information effectively
- Enthusiastic and self-disciplined individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Flexible working hours and willingness to travel for meetings and training
- Outgoing and assertive personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
