Er du en lederprofil med solid generalistbaggrund indenfor strategisk digital marketing? Og kan du drive og udvikle digitale projekter sammen med OFF ROADs kunder og samarbejdspartnere?
OFF ROAD er i udvikling såvel i Danmark som internationalt og har opnået en størrelse og kompleksitetsgrad, hvor det er nødvendigt med en stærk eksekverings- og ledelseskraft.
I stillingen vil du have fokus på ledelse og udvikling af medarbejdere, som arbejder med eksekvering af OFF ROADs kunders medie- og marketingstrategier.
Ledelse, kundeprojekter og operationelle processer
Du skal hovedsageligt lede OFF ROADs portefølje af services indenfor medie- og marketingstrategi, herunder alt Paid Media, samt bygge bro til andre services, som webudvikling, indholdsproduktion, marketing automation, etc. OFF ROADs services spænder bredt, og opgaverne strækker sig over flere discipliner, hvor du skal sikre, at opgaverne bliver løst indenfor deadline og i høj kvalitet.
Du får det overordnede account-ansvar og kontakt til enkelte store kunder, men vil hovedsageligt udvikle kundeforhold via medarbejderne i dit team.
Derudover skal du i samarbejde med OFF ROADs CEO og resten af ledergruppen, tage ansvar for og drive strategien for forretningsudvikling af OFF ROAD, med fokus på at øge kendskabet til bureauet i branchen samt drive new business (nye kunder) til bureauet via netværk og forbedret positionering (ikke via kanvassalg).
Dine arbejdsopgaver er selvstændige og afvekslende bl.a.:
- Personaleledelse og daglig sparring med medarbejdere i dit team, både ift. definition af løsningsforslag, prioritering af opgaver, forventningsafstemninger, styring af tid og økonomi samt selve eksekveringen af opgaven etc. Dette indeholder også afholdelse af MUS-forløb, statussamtaler, intern uddannelse, samt lignende ledelsesmæssige opgaver. Endelig inkluderer dette også rekrutteringer tæt koordineret med OFF ROADs CEO og andre nøglemedarbejdere.
- Facilitere og lede teamets planlægning og eksekveringen af Paid Media aktiviteter for alle kunder, herunder Search, Paid SoMe, Programmatic, mm. Dette omhandler fx at drive udvikling af strategier, indkøb og optimering af effekt, opfølgning ift. økonomi ifm. mediekøb, samt udviklingen og driften af analyseprodukter. Dette inkluderer tracking af websites, kampagneeffektmålinger, brand evalueringer samt en række ad-hoc analyse opgaver.
- Sikre en holistisk tilgang til alle markedsføringsdiscipliner, dvs. sikre at dit team arbejder med en 360/omnichannel tilgang til både marketing og den bredere digitale infrastruktur, som OFF ROAD typiske også drifter for vores kunder. Som leder skal du både bygge bro imellem alle de marketingdiscipliner og services som OFF ROAD tilbyder, samt drive udvikling af de omnichannel aktiviteter, som understøtter de Paid Media aktiviteter, som dit team har ansvaret for. Dette omfatter fx. at Paid Media aktiviteter koordineres og fra starten tænkes holistisk ind i "brede" marketingplaner, fx ift. disse discipliner, som andre teams i OFF ROAD har både strategisk og operationelt ansvar for:
- Udvikling og drift af websites og digital infrastruktur.
- Udvikling af Marketing Automation programmer, herunder personlig kommunikation på tværs af platforme.
- Udvikling af lead genererings aktiviteter, på tværs af alle kanaler.
- Udvikling af content planer og planer for andre kommunikationsaktiviteter.
- Indholdsproduktion til Web, SoMe og andre materialer (grafik, billeder, tekst, video).
- Afstemning af GDPR, persondatalovgivning og andre juridiske elementer med tilknyttede advokathuse og kundernes juridiske afdelinger.
- Indgå i OFF ROADs ledergruppe og her i tæt samarbejde drive udvalgte langsigtede programmer og aktiviteter for OFF ROAD, samt sparre med resten af ledergruppen om problemstillinger, udfordringer og nye tiltag på bureauet.
- Lede udviklingen af kundepræsentationer, herunder ifm. digitale strategier, kundeoplæg, analyser og lignende.
- Facilitere og lede udvikling og effektivisering af arbejdsgange og -processer, vidensdeling og en holistisk tilgang til eksekvering af opgaver.
Ledelseserfaring og ambition om næste niveau
Du er generalist indenfor digital marketing, men har samtidig evnen til at akkumulere viden indenfor et specialområde efter behov. Du har relevant uddannelse indenfor marketing på højt niveau, gerne cand.merc. (kom.), cand.merc. e-business eller lignende.
- Minimum fem års erfaring med digital medie/marketing og kommunikationsstrategi fra bureau med fokus på Paid Media.
- Minimum tre års erfaring med ledelse af team på minimum tre til fire medarbejdere.
- Bred marketing og digital erfaring på tværs af alle kanaler og marketingdiscipliner, gerne fra marketingafdeling i virksomhed, med operationel fokus på at skabe effekt på tværs af alle marketingaktiviteter, fx CRO, CRM, Marketing Automation, contentplaner, indholdsproduktion, Sociale Medier etc.
- Du har erfaring med tværgående samarbejde og med at drive og eksekvere komplekse projekter og opgaver.
Personlig pondus, udadvendt og evne til "voksen" kundedialog
Du har gode lederegenskaber og kan agere rollemodel, motivere med en positiv og tillidsskabende indstilling. Du er kommunikativt stærk og overbevisende i præsentationer og diskussioner.
Du hviler i dine lederevner og tænder på at opnå succes via dit team, men du er heller ikke bange for selv at blive operationelt involveret i de situationer hvor det er nødvendigt.
Desuden er du:
- God til og trænet i at give konstruktiv kritik og feedback.
- Analytisk og talstærk samt god til at skabe overblik og planlægge.
- Nysgerrig, proaktiv og entreprenant af natur.
- Dybt interesseret i at bygge brede, holistiske marketingprogrammer for kunder, hvor målsætningen er at excellere på tværs af discipliner indenfor Paid Media, Organic Media inkl. SoMe, webudvikling, udvikling af kreativt materiale og indholdsproduktion, Marketing Automation, CRO, CRM, samt andet digital infrastruktur.
- God til at navigere imellem mange stakeholders både internt i OFF ROAD og hos kunderne, inkl. den øverste ledelse hos kunderne. Du skal føle det naturligt at have kontaktflade med administrerende direktører, direktioner, ledergrupper, Steering Committees samt at til tider forberede materiale til kundernes bestyrelser.
