Hvad går jobbet ud på?

Som Account Manager får du en rådgivende og forretningsdrevet salgsrolle, hvor du arbejder med komplekst og løsningsorienteret salg. Din salgsdistrikt dækkes et spændende marked i udvikling, hvor byggeprojekter inden for blandt andet pharma skaber nye forretningsmuligheder. Dine arbejdsopgaver omfatter:

  • Kundeansvar og relationsopbygning: Byg stærke relationer med beslutningstagere og nøgleaktører i byggebranchen, og lever skræddersyede løsninger, der imødekommer deres behov.
  • Proaktiv salgsindsats: Følg op på leads, planlæg og gennemfør møder og tilbud. Din hands-on tilgang gør en forskel i kundernes oplevelse og forretningsrelationer.
  • Find nye muligheder: Identificer nye forretningsmuligheder i dit distrikt og vær med til at åbne dørene til spændende projekter og kunder.
  • Samarbejd på tværs af teams: Arbejd tæt sammen med interne specialister for at sikre, at hver kunde får den bedste løsning og service, der skaber langvarig værdi.
Vi forestiller os, at du:
  • Har erfaring med salg, rådgivning eller en relevant uddannelse.
  • Motiveres af at være ude i marken, hvor du skaber værdi for dine kunder gennem rådgivning og skræddersyede løsninger.
  • Er struktureret og vant til at bruge CRM-systemer til effektivt at planlægge og styre dine salgsaktiviteter.
  • Besidder en analytisk tilgang til dit arbejde og har stærke forhandlingsevner, der kan sikre gode løsninger for både kunden og Hilti.
  • Er bosat i København eller Nordsjælland.
