Ready to become a part of L'Oréal and make your mark on the Danish beauty scene? We are looking for our next Salon Business Partner to strengthen the Professional Products Division.

You will be a key member of our sales team for our Professional Products Division (PPD). In PPD, we conduct business in the hairdressing industry, and we work with international brands such as L'Oréal Professional, Kérastase, Shu Uemura, and Redken.

You will…

  1. Drive and develop existing and new customers in the district.
  2. Educate and inspire customers in both product knowledge and business practices.
  3. Actively try to gain market share.
  4. Advise and train hairdressers/salon staff.
  5. Manage budget and profit/loss responsibility within the district.

You are…

  1. Experienced from similar roles or with sales experience together with a good understanding of brand building.
  2. Educated as a hairdresser or similar.
  3. Passionate and want to see your customers develop.
  4. Skilled in presenting and training people individually and in larger groups.
  5. Business and results-oriented and work professionally, systematically, and with a focus on quality.
  6. Ambitious, driven, enthusiastic, and thrive in a busy and dynamic everyday life.
  7. Service-minded, outgoing, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  8. Familiar with IT and enjoy working systematically both in the field and with administrative tasks.
  9. In possession of a driver's license (B).
  10. Fluent in Danish and strong in English.
