Beauty Industry Partnership Builder

Job Description:
This job is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Salon Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with top salons in the Danish market, promoting L'Oréal's Professional Products Division, and driving growth and market share.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Educate and inspire customers on product knowledge and business practices
- Promote L'Oréal's Professional Products Division to drive growth and market share
- Provide training and advisory services to hairdressers and salon staff
- Manage budget and profit/loss responsibility within the district
About You:
- You have experience in sales or similar roles with a strong understanding of brand building
- You are educated as a hairdresser or similar profession
- You are passionate about helping your customers develop their skills and businesses
- You have excellent presentation and training skills, both individually and in larger groups
- You are business-oriented, results-driven, and work professionally, systematically, and with a focus on quality
- You are ambitious, driven, enthusiastic, and thrive in a busy and dynamic environment
- You are service-minded, outgoing, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- You are familiar with IT and enjoy working systematically
- You hold a valid driver's license (B)
- You are fluent in Danish and have strong English language skills
