Sales and Education Executive for Professional Hair Care

About the Role:

This full-time position is located in Copenhagen, Denmark, and is part of our Professional Products Division. As a Salon Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving growth and market share in the Danish market by building strong relationships with top salons and promoting L'Oréal's Professional Products Division.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. To drive and develop existing and new customers in the district
  2. To educate and inspire customers in both product knowledge and business practices
  3. To actively try to gain market share
  4. To advise and train hairdressers/salon staff
  5. To manage budget and profit/loss responsibility within the district

About You:

  • You have relevant experience from similar roles or sales experience together with a good understanding of brand building
  • You are educated as a hairdresser or similar profession
  • You are passionate and want to see your customers develop
  • You have skilled presentation and training skills, both individually and in larger groups
  • You are business-oriented, results-driven, and work professionally, systematically, and with a focus on quality
  • You are ambitious, driven, enthusiastic, and thrive in a busy and dynamic everyday life
  • You are service-minded, outgoing, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • You are familiar with IT and enjoy working systematically both in the field and with administrative tasks
  • You hold a valid driver's license (B)
  • You are fluent in Danish and have strong English language skills
