Professional Products Sales Manager

As a Salon Business Partner, you will be a key member of our sales team responsible for building partnerships with top salons in the Danish market.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Educate and inspire customers on product knowledge and business practices
- Promote L'Oréal's Professional Products Division to drive growth and market share
- Provide training and advisory services to hairdressers and salon staff
- Manage budget and profit/loss responsibility within the district
About You:
- You have experience in sales or similar roles with a strong understanding of brand building
- You are educated as a hairdresser or similar profession
- You are passionate about helping your customers develop their skills and businesses
- You have excellent presentation and training skills, both individually and in larger groups
- You are business-oriented, results-driven, and work professionally, systematically, and with a focus on quality
- You are ambitious, driven, enthusiastic, and thrive in a busy and dynamic environment
- You are service-minded, outgoing, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- You are familiar with IT and enjoy working systematically
- You hold a valid driver's license (B)
- You are fluent in Danish and have strong English language skills
