Your key responsibilities:
  • Lead Consultative Sales: Identify and connect with key decision-makers across industries, understand their challenges, and present our AI tools as tailored solutions to their needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing, with accuracy and strategic planning, ensuring every lead is nurtured and every opportunity is maximized.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by becoming a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional value in every interaction.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive offerings, and AI advancements to provide clients with relevant insights and demonstrate how our solutions uniquely address their needs.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client journey, from first contact through implementation and beyond.

What we're looking for:

  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in a senior sales role, ideally within SaaS, AI, or customer experience solutions, with a focus on consultative selling and enterprise accounts.
  • Technical Savvy: Ability to grasp the technical aspects of AI-driven solutions and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Goal-Oriented Drive: A results-focused mindset with a history of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Analytical Insight: Ability to leverage data and insights to inform sales strategies, forecast accurately, and prioritize high-impact activities.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Comfortable navigating change, problem-solving in complex environments, and maintaining a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.
