Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Sales Leadership: Lead consultative sales efforts to connect with key decision-makers and present our AI solutions as tailored to their needs.
  2. Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing, with accuracy and strategic planning.
  3. Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by becoming a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional value in every interaction.
  4. Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings to provide clients with relevant insights and demonstrate how our solutions uniquely address their needs.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client journey.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in senior sales roles, ideally within SaaS, AI, or customer experience solutions.
  • The ability to grasp technical aspects of AI-driven solutions and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A results-focused mindset with a history of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • The ability to leverage data and insights to inform sales strategies and forecast accurately.
  • Comfort navigating change, problem-solving in complex environments, and maintaining a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.
