Clever søger en struktureret Leasing Manager med passion og erfaring for at drive partnerskaber
Vi står nu med et behov for at føje en ny kollega til vores Leasing team. Vi mangler dig der sammen med vores eksisterende Leasing Manager og Leasing Team skal drive og udvikle vores partnerskaber med leasingselskaberne.

Du vil blive del af et energisk team med gode kollegaer, hvor humøret er højt og den uformelle tone kommer til udtryk. Vores hverdag er fyldt med et højt fagligt niveau og rum til sparring og at tage ansvar.

Din hverdag består af:

  • At afholde KPI-, status- og udviklingsmøder med leasingpartnerne
  • Igangsætte initiativer og aktiviteter ud fra markedets udvikling
  • Holde dig opdateret om markedet og være talerøret fra partnerne til resten af Clever
  • Forhandle og indgå samarbejdsaftaler med nye og eksisterende partnere
  • Tæt samarbejde og en bred berøringsflade med kollegaer på tværs af Clevers organisation
  • At udvikle planer, igangsætte og tage ejerskab over disse

Du vil have fuld fokus på at opbygge en tæt relation og løbende forstærke samarbejdet med vores leasing-partnere, som er en af Clevers vigtigste salgskanaler. Du skaber værdi gennem synlighed til resten af Clever, samt relations opbyggelse med vores leasingpartnere.

Du er fuld af optimisme og har et højt energiniveau, så du matcher en virksomhed, som består af dygtige og motiverede kollegaer. Du tør at tænke ud af boksen, arbejder struktureret, selvstændigt og løsningsorienteret og er en god formidler. Du er gjort af et strategisk og kommercielt stof, som gør det naturligt for dig at se løsninger på komplekse problemstillinger og eksekvere hurtigt på dem.

Du skal være klar til at tage ansvar og være med til at gå forrest i ét af Clevers største kommercielle forretningsområder, som er i rivende udvikling. Ligeledes er du pålidelig, empatisk, og trives ved at tænke i helheden for Clever og for vores Partnere. Endelig er du naturligvis også fagligt ambitiøs og har gennemslagskraft.

Din arbejdstid vil være fordelt på ca. 50% på kontoret og 50% hos vores partnere – dette kan selvfølgelig variere.

Din baggrund
Din tilgang til opgaverne er bygget på erfaring og gerne teoretisk fundament. Du har arbejdet med kommercielt salg, forretningsudvikling eller partnerskaber i et par år. Du stortrives med kundekontakt, koordinering af mange opgaver og har et solidt kommercielt mindset. Hvis du afskrækkes af pistolsælger-tankegangen og individuelle provisionsmodeller, så er du et rigtigt godt match til os – for sådan arbejder vi ikke hos os.

Du har gerne erfaring fra et leasingselskab og kender til dette marked, men dette er ikke et krav. Der findes allerede en stor mængde erfaring med bilbranchen i teamet, og vi får dig hurtigt klædt på til branchen, hvis det er nyt for dig.
