Som Account Manager bliver du en vigtig del af vores dedikerede salgsteam, og sammen skal I sikre, at MASCOT fortsat er virksomhedernes foretrukne brand, når de vælger arbejdstøj og sikkerhedssko. Vi sælger udelukkende igennem forhandlere, så rollen er en spændende stilling, hvor du understøtter vores stærke forhandlernetværk i salget til vores slutbrugere. Samtidig vil du have et stort fokus på det opsøgende salg og herigennem finde nye, potentielle slutbrugere.

Din arbejdsdag begynder, når du tænder din ID. Buzz – det er et mobilt showroom med et bredt udvalg af vores kollektioner – for at køre ud og besøge nye slutbrugere, som du har lavet en forudgående aftale med.

Dine opgaver er

Slutkundebesøg

  • Opsøge og planlægge besøg hos nye, potentielle slutbrugerkunder inden for brancher som fx byggeri, håndværk, transport og industri.
  • Grundig behovsafklaring og præsentation af de rette løsninger for slutbrugeren, som et bindeled mellem forhandleren og slutbrugerkunden, indtil aftalen bliver indgået mellem parterne.
Samarbejde med forhandlernetværket
  • Opbygge relationer til vores stærke forhandlernetværk.
  • Samarbejde med forhandleren om at finde frem til nye interesserede slutbrugere.
Din profil

Vi forestiller os, at du:
  • har en salgsrelateret uddannelse og erfaring med opsøgende salg. Alternativt kommer du med butikserfaring og salg af fx beklædning eller sportstøj og -udstyr. Det kan også være, at du allerede har erfaring med opsøgende salg til håndværker-, transport– og industrivirksomheder.
  • har kørekort og øje for salgspotentialerne på din vej. Du er imødekommende og er ikke bleg for at kontakte potentielle kunder med henblik på et salg. Med andre ord har du et veludviklet hunter-gen.
  • er god til at tænke alternativt i løsninger og måder at gøre tingene på, når du ikke kommer igennem til kunderne med traditionelle metoder.
  • har en overbevisende personlighed, er god til at lytte og behovsafdække, og du forstår at skabe langvarige relationer.
  • arbejder godt selvstændigt og med drive og passion.
  • bor i hovedstadsområdet.
