Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our European Sales team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning the overall relationship with your customer portfolio and ensuring that our customers are satisfied and growing towards maximizing their investment in GetAccept.
You will primarily focus on Danish clients while also managing accounts in other countries as part of your portfolio. Your days will consist of ongoing account management, working towards up- and cross-sell budgets, educating and teaching customers about our product features, developing strategic relationships with customer accounts, and collaborating closely with our Customer Success Team.
Your direct supervisor will be Erik Persson, our Head of Sales - Account Management. You will be a member of our specialized European Account Management team, collaborating closely with other Account Managers who focus on various markets in Europe.
