Stillingen er placeret på vores danske hovedkontor i Taastrup og dækker det danske marked. Du vil referere direkte til den danske CEO og samtidig være en del af en nordisk salgsorganisation, hvor samarbejde på tværs af Norden er en vigtig del af rollen. Derfor er det en fordel, hvis du kan forstå de andre nordiske sprog, mens dansk og engelsk er et krav.
I denne rolle vil du være en nøglespiller i Best Transports fortsatte vækst. Du vil drive salget mod nye og eksisterende kunder og være ansvarlig for hele salgsprocessen – fra prospektering og behovsafdækning til tilbudsgivning og kontraktforhandling. Derudover vil du arbejde tæt sammen med vores Customer Success Managers for at sikre, at vores kunder får den bedst mulige oplevelse.
Du trives i en dynamisk og konkurrencepræget branche, hvor relationer og proaktivt salgsarbejde er afgørende. Med din forretningsforståelse og evne til at identificere kundebehov skaber du langvarige samarbejder og bidrager til Best Transports fortsatte succes.
Primære ansvarsområder:
- Drive forretningsudvikling og salg inden for kurér- og ekspreskørsel, distribution, GDP-transport, servicelogistik og 3PL.
- Identificere og opbygge relationer med nye kunder samt vedligeholde eksisterende kundeportefølje.
- Gennemføre hele salgsprocessen fra prospektering til afslutning af aftaler.
- Deltage i og drive RFP/RFQ-processer for større kunder og strategiske partnerskaber.
- Udvikle og optimere transport- og distributionsprocesser i samarbejde med Trafikledelsen.
- Planlægge og koordinere aktiviteter på tværs af organisationen for at optimere logistikløsninger.
- Sikre compliance med relevante standarder, herunder GDP, for at levere høj kvalitet og sikkerhed i transportydelserne.
- Samarbejde tæt med den nordiske salgsorganisation for at styrke Best Transports position på tværs af markederne.
Din profil
Vi søger en stærk kommerciel profil med erfaring fra transport- og logistikbranchen. Du har en analytisk og strategisk tilgang til salg og forretningsudvikling og trives i en udadvendt rolle med en bred kontaktflade.
Dine kvalifikationer:
- Solid erfaring inden for salg og forretningsudvikling, gerne fra transport-, logistik- eller kurérbranchen.
- Dokumenteret succes med at drive komplekse forhandlinger og opnå salgsresultater.
- Evnen til at arbejde selvstændigt og målrettet for at skabe vækst og udvikling.
- Stærke kommunikationsevner og en naturlig evne til at opbygge og vedligeholde relationer.
- Teknisk forståelse for transport- og logistikløsninger.
- Beherskelse af dansk og engelsk i skrift og tale. Kendskab til de øvrige nordiske sprog er en fordel.
- Gode IT-kundskaber, herunder erfaring med CRM-systemer og MS Office.
- Proaktiv og resultatorienteret tilgang til salg og kundeudvikling.
