For our coming Talent Acquisition Specialist, we are therefore looking for a person who is eager for a growth journey and eager for all the development, learnings, good times, and tough times that may follow, where being a team player is key

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, our key priority on this exciting growth journey is to attract and hire top-tier talent. You will be managing the A-Z recruitment cycle, pre- & onboarding, employer branding initiatives, and events where your contributions will help shape our future and drive our growth.

You will be part of an energetic and passionate team where we are always there for each other. You will work together with inspiring hiring managers across diverse departments such as Marketing, Sales, Design, Client Success, and Development. Our people approach focuses on being authentic, empathic, and curious, as we truly seek to understand and better both the personal and professional developments of the people we engage with, which is the heart of what we also do in Relesys as a business.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Owning and managing multiple recruitment projects from A-Z across different profiles and nationalities.
  • Conducting efficient search & selection and screening calls to assess skill levels and organizational fit, and presenting and recommending candidates accordingly to management.
  • Facilitating and conducting candidate interviews and case presentations both digitally and in person.
  • Partnering with and advising hiring managers across all offices in aligning candidate profiles.
  • Ensuring that hiring managers are always fully informed, adhere to the process, and work towards agreed hiring plans and role specifications.
  • Articulating our value proposition in a way that engages and motivates active and passive candidates to join us on this growth journey.
  • Maintaining professional and courteous communication and ensuring a great candidate experience with timely feedback, managing each step in the hiring process, and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Assisting and managing our internal Relesys app and contributing proactively to its evolvement.
  • Participating in projects; Employer Branding, Events, and Pre- and Onboarding processes and initiatives.

  • A minimum of 1+ years experience with recruitment A-Z.
  • Experience with basic recruitment software and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
  • Advantageous if you have experience with recruitment in the SaaS industry, tech roles, and in fast-paced environments, such as start-ups or scale-ups.
  • You are based in or near Copenhagen and can come to the office the majority of your workdays.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English.

The hiring process:

  • A phone conversation or Teams meeting with the Talent recruiter.
  • Invitation to a coffee talk at the office with the Head of Talent.
  • Interview with a case presented to the Head of Talent.
  • Follow-up conversation about our match – if successful, we are excited to welcome you to the team

  • We are looking for a candidate to start as soon as possible, but no later than the 1st of February 2025 , as the rocket has dispatched in full speed
