Vores mediearkiv er Danmarks største onlinebaserede samling med adgang til over 75 millioner artikler, nogle dateret helt tilbage til 1990. Dette arkiv er en uvurderlig ressource for forskere, studerende og professionelle, der søger dybdegående information og historisk kontekst.
DIN ROLLESom Client Manager bliver du en central del af vores nye afdeling med fokus på social media management-værktøjer. Du vil være ansvarlig for at drive salget, udvikle strategiske initiativer og opbygge langvarige kunderelationer. Du arbejder tæt sammen med specialister og andre afdelinger for at sikre, at vores løsninger skaber maksimal værdi for vores kunder.
DINE ANSVARSOMRÅDER- Salg og forretningsudvikling : Mersalg af social media management-værktøjer og udvikling af salgsstrategier.
- Kundeudvikling : Opbygning og vedligeholdelse af en stærk kundeportefølje samt langsigtede relationer.
- Mødeafholdelse : Planlægning og gennemførelse af møder med potentielle og eksisterende kunder, både online og fysisk.
- Opfølgning og rapportering : Løbende opfølgning på kundeemner, pipelinestyring og rapportering af salgsaktiviteter.
- Samarbejde : Arbejde tæt sammen med specialister og andre afdelinger for at optimere salgsprocesser og kundetilfredshed.
- Erfaring : Minimum 2 års dokumenteret erfaring med B2B-salg.
- Uddannelse : Bachelorgrad foretrækkes, men er ikke et krav.
- Kompetencer : Forståelse for sociale medier og deres forretningsmæssige betydning samt stærk forretningsforståelse.
- Personlige egenskaber : Målrettet, resultatorienteret, ansvarlig, selvstændig og med gode kommunikationsevner.
- Fleksible arbejdsforhold : Mulighed for at strukturere dit eget salgsarbejde og hybrid arbejdsform med op til to hjemmearbejdsdage om ugen.
