Lead and Grow Key Accounts

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our Business Development and Account Management team as a Senior Account Director. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts, ensuring we continue to exceed client expectations and deliver outstanding results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing key client accounts and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Providing strategic guidance to our clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and Collinson's offerings.
  • Driving cross-selling of Collinson's diverse portfolio of solutions within existing accounts.
  • Leading high-stakes negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and outcomes that align with both client needs and Collinson's goals.
  • Proactively managing and resolving any issues or challenges, leveraging your experience in crisis management to maintain strong client relationships.

You will work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and support the development of innovative solutions that meet client needs.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in account management and business development, with a successful track record of driving growth in the Financial Services or Loyalty sectors.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align client needs with Collinson's business objectives.
  • Deep understanding of deal structuring, negotiations, and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional crisis management skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and turn them into opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
