About the Role

Meta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Client Relationship Manager. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with our top clients in the Danish Retail sector. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth and adoption of Meta's solutions, while delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management: Manage a portfolio of sophisticated top-accounts from the Danish Retail sector, contributing to their strategic growth as a Meta consultant, and meeting demanding quarterly revenue, growth, and solutions adoption goals.
  2. Marketing Solutions Expertise: Partner with the Client Partner to identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and insights to guide the strategy and implementation of Meta's solutions, ensuring optimal campaign performance and ROI.
  4. Product Education and Adoption: Serve as an external product consultant, educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work and collaborate with diverse groups of internal cross-functional teams, including product marketing, measurement, and engineering.
  6. Campaign Strategy and Planning: Guide the media, creative, and measurement strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs.
  7. Measurement and Optimization: Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.
  8. Project Management: Project manage internal operations and complex work streams, overseeing account operations and troubleshooting issues.
