PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL PREREQUISITES

  • Advanced business economics education in marketing or sales or a technical education as a civil engineer, construction manager or similar
  • Several years of experience within project management in construction and handling of large projects in insulation, fire protection and ventilation technology - network to relevant players is an advantage
  • Experience in building and developing a market at management level
  • Fluent in Danish and able to negotiate in English or German

YOUR TASKS

  • Establishment, management and expansion of our Danish set-up including employee management (motivation and further development of employees)
  • Expansion and maintenance of existing and new customer contacts as well as business partners
  • Preparation and negotiation of offers
  • Active project handling (procurement, realization, management, and control)
  • Monitoring the market and competition including conducting market and competition research
  • Responsibility for compliance with standards and project requirements
  • Full responsibility for turnover and achievement of financial targets for Denmark
  • Identification, qualification and acquisition of relevant construction projects
  • Placement of TL Concept in tenders
