Hos HEIMDALL’S Hørecenter er vi på en spændende vækstrejse, og vi søger nu to engagerede Customer Success Managers, der kan tiltræde hurtigst muligt og spille nøgleroller i vores lokale teams i Roskilde og Aarhus.   • Sikre, at vores kunder altid føler sig værdsat og i centrum – både fysisk og via telefon, chat, SMS eller mail.
  • Håndtere daglig kontakt med kunder, herunder booking af aftaler, support og rådgivning, servicering af høreapparater samt opfølgning på reparationer.
  • Koordinere og optimere interne administrative processer, fx styring af kalendere og opfølgning på fakturering og lagerhåndtering.
  • Bidrage til udviklingen af vores kundeoplevelser ved at bringe dine idéer og initiativer i spil.
  • Supportere ledelsen og kollegaerne med relevante opgaver, der sikrer en smidig hverdag for hele teamet hos HEIMDALL’S.

  • Har erfaring med kundeservice og administration, og du bringer gerne kompetencer inden for kommunikation, outbound kald, regnskab eller andre administrative områder.
