Unser Team besteht aus zwölf engagierten Mitgliedern und ist Teil des Business Operations Departments für den deutschen Markt, das in unserem Hauptsitz in Kopenhagen ansässig ist. Du wirst eng mit deinem Manager und einem Vollzeitmitarbeiter zusammenarbeiten und von einem unterstützenden Team aus Werkstudierenden in deiner täglichen Arbeit unterstützt. Unsere Arbeitsumgebung ist dynamisch und schnelllebig, aber wir sorgen dafür, dass der Spaß nicht zu kurz kommt – mit vielen sozialen Aktivitäten und einer kollegialen Atmosphäre.
Deine Aufgaben als Sales AssistantIm Customer Service Team ist immer etwas los, daher legen wir großen Wert auf eine gute Zusammenarbeit und ein kollegiales Miteinander. In dieser Position unterstützt du unsere Kunden und internen Teams mit folgenden Aufgaben:
- Kommunikation mit Kunden via Telefon und E-Mail.
- Verwaltung und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen, Reservierungen und Gutschriften.
- Pflege und Aktualisierung der Kundendaten in unseren CRM- und ERP-Systemen.
- Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben, wie Posteingangsverwaltung und Dokumentenpflege.
- Nutzung interner Tools (CRM, ERP, Motrix, Outlook) zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Kundenservice.
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Kundenerlebnissen.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Richtlinien und Prozesse im Kundenservice.
- Unterstützung des Customer Service Teams bei Ad-hoc-Aufgaben zur Effizienzsteigerung.
Als Sales Assistant bist du mit Begeisterung und Engagement dabei Du hast eine kundenorientierte Denkweise, packst Herausforderungen proaktiv an und bringst eine flexible, lernbereite Einstellung mit. Ganz egal, ob du bereits Erfahrung in diesem Bereich hast oder als Quereinsteiger*in durchstarten möchtest – wichtig sind uns deine Motivation, dein Teamgeist und deine Lust, dich aktiv einzubringen. Dazu bringst du idealerweise folgendes mit:
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Systeme einzuarbeiten.
- Organisationsgeschick, Multitasking-Fähigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Kundenorientierte Denkweise mit einer proaktiven Herangehensweise an Problemlösungen.
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit.
- Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld.
- Hohe Genauigkeit und Liebe zum Detail.
