Du bliver en del af et dynamisk salgsteam på 12 medarbejdere og træder ind i en organisation med høj faglighed og en kultur, der er præget af et stærkt samarbejde og fællesskab.
Om jobbet
Som Sales Support Specialist er du bindeled mellem salgsteamet, kunder, partnere og interne afdelinger. Du får en stor kontaktflade både internt i organisationen og eksternt med kunder og partnere.
Primære opgaver
- At supportere salgsteamet med tilbud, ordrehåndtering og kundekontakt
- Sikre teknisk afklaring med kunder, planlægning og konstruktionsafdelingen
- Support for eksternt salg, herunder projekt- og ordreopfølgning
- Opfølgning på ordrer, betalinger og leveringsdatoer
- Koordinering af leveringer med shipping
- Aktiv deltagelse i kundebesøg og messer i ind- og udland
- Vedligeholde og opdatere CRM-systemer
Baggrund
Vi forventer at du har erfaring med B2B salgssupport i en produktionsvirksomhed eller i fødevareindustrien, og gerne kendskab med salgsprocesser via partnere. Du er kundeorienteret og har erfaring med salgs- og ordreprocesser samt projektkoordinering.
Kvalifikationer og kompetencer
- Teknisk orienteret og kan forstå og kommunikere tekniske detaljer
- God til at skabe overblik og til at organisere dine opgaver
- Gode samarbejds- og koordineringsevner
- Ansvarsbevidst, struktureret og har et skarpt øje for detaljer
- En teamplayer, der deler viden og hjælper kolleger
- Kendskab til Navision og erfaren bruger af Microsoft Office-pakken.
