About the Role

This is a perfect opportunity for a strong people manager to drive the business in our Accounting & Tax team in Denmark. You will ensure timely and quality Accounting & Tax services to our portfolio of clients. Service is delivered to 150+ international Accounting & Tax clients, and you will build up and develop team and team members to achieve business targets.

In this role, you will ensure we have the right team to build long-term client relationships and deliver high-quality services to our clients. You will also initiate automation efforts. The A&T Team Leader will drive for results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Accounting & Tax team, including managing the team and growing the client base.
  • Manage productivity and technical improvement and development.
  • Ensure the team is sufficiently staffed and that we deliver ongoing training.
  • Build and develop the team with performance management.
  • Participate in day-to-day client work.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with external parties like auditors, bankers, and relevant authorities.
  • Work with HR on recruitment activities, performance reviews, and employee relations matters.
  • Take the lead on commercial expansion.
  • Arrange events, provide marketing, and share know-how.
  • This role will report to our Country Director for Denmark.
Key Requirements
  • Strong leadership experience working in Accounting & Tax or an Outsourcing firm.
  • Experience with Danish Accounting & cost principles.
  • Interest in technical development and digitalization of services.
  • Resourceful, independent, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with SLA’s.
  • Effective communication skills in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
