About the Role
Advalight Aps is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Latin America. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the region.

Your Key Responsibilities:
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in Latin America. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring market trends to identify opportunities and challenges in the region.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the Latin American market
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in international sales of technically sophisticated MedTech products, preferably within aesthetics/dermatology
  • Strong understanding of distributor management and sales channel strategies
  • Solution-oriented negotiating skills
