About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy aligned with business objectives and local needs.
  • Collaborate with Global Headquarters: Collaborate closely with global headquarters to ensure alignment with global strategies and local requirements.
  • Localization of Sales Enablement: Responsible for localizing sales enablement and technical documentation to meet customer needs.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Monitor Performance: Monitor performance, track KPIs, and implement corrective measures to optimize our market position and performance.
  • Build Network: Build a strong network within the organization and drive proactive collaboration with Tech Units.
  • Foster Company Culture: Contribute to creating a positive company culture and work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in product management, business development, or strategy, ideally in Fire building technologies or a related industry.
  • Fire Products Expertise: Deep understanding of fire products, solutions, and services, including their technical and commercial aspects.
  • Global Corporation Experience: Experience working in a global corporation managing international stakeholders and priorities.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable strategies and recommendations.
  • Nordic Market Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Nordic market trends, customer requirements, and preferences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
