Our goal is simple. We want to improve board work in European countries by giving board members the tools they need to succeed. We achieve this through our exclusive board training programs, completed by over 7,500 executives and board members across the European business sector.
The Role
Your primary task will be to ensure a consistent intake of participants for our exclusive board training program, Board Certificate, in the German market. You’ll accomplish this by working with qualified inbound and outbound leads provided by our marketing and research team. You will contact these leads via phone and email, offering professional and detailed advice about our board training program.

Experienced Sales Professional for a Senior Executive Target Group
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is fluent in German, both spoken and written, and proficient in either Danish or English
- Has a couple of years of experience in phone sales—preferably B2B
- Has experience selling to business leaders
- Has an interest in German business and the networking or education sectors
