About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious B2B Sales Team Leader to join our high-performing and collaborative team. As a leader, you will enable your team and clients to thrive, leveraging our structured B2B sales process from start to finish. This role offers a base salary with a rewarding commission model tied to your team’s performance. What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Inspire: Manage a talented sales team, taking accountability for the local budget while providing strategic guidance and support.
- Focus on Account Management: Oversee and grow key client relationships, ensuring long-term value creation.
- Strategic Leadership: Drive results by coaching on-the-job, building team momentum, nurturing a positive culture, and leading with data-driven insights.
- Strengthen Client Partnerships: Focus on developing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and aligning our solutions to drive their success.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with other teams to achieve shared objectives, bringing a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
About You:
- Sales and Account Management Pro: You have a proven track record in B2B sales and account management, with experience leading a team and driving client success.
- Strategic Thinker: You excel in managing key accounts, focusing on long-term relationships and value delivery.
- Empathetic Leader: A dynamic and supportive leader, you have a growth mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a good sense of humor.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Danish and proficient in English.
