Med reference til Field Sales Manager får du salgs- og aktivitetsansvaret for kunderne i distriktet Midt og Vest Jylland. Du kommer til at samarbejde med dygtige og resultatorienterede kolleger i vores salgsorganisation.
Endvidere udstyres du med en optimal værktøjskasse som medvirker til, at du kan indfri distriktets målsætninger.
Dine primære arbejdsopgaver:
- Planlægge og gennemføre selektive butiksaktiviteter
- Sikre distribution og minimum af OOS
- Kundens rådgiver i forhold til maksimal indtjening på vores produkter
- Skabe værdi med brug af POS data
- Skabe forståelse af værdi med komplementærvarer
- Du deltager proaktivt på salgsmøder samt i den løbende træning
- Du arbejder ud fra din bopæl, som ligger i distriktet
Din profil:
Optimalt set arbejder du i dag med salg af FMCG til dagligvarehandlen og har erfaring hermed - og gerne med mærkevarer. Alternativt er du i dag ansat i en større dagligvarebutik kombineret med nogen ledelseserfaring.
Man kan sige om dig, at:
- Du er energisk, udadvendt og fyldt med godt humør
- Du er empatisk og god til at skabe og vedligeholde relationer
- Du er en holdspiller og deler gerne ud af dine erfaringer men trives også alene på landevejen
- Du har erfaring med brug af PC samt nogen kendskab til MS Office pakken
