SALES MANAGER – FØDEVARER – ASIEN

Til internationalt orienteret virksomhed med salgskontor i Danmark søges en erfaren og resultatorienteret Sales Manager der kan opbygge markedet i Asien med et sortiment af fødevarer.
Virksomheden er beliggende i Jylland og har gennem flere år opbygget stærke markedspositioner på flere markeder over det meste af kloden.
Organisationen i Danmark er lille og veldrevet, og der er en god base og potentiale for opnåelse af yderligere vækst.
Stillingen:Med reference til direktøren i den danske organisation får Sales Manageren det samlede salg-, indkøbs- og økonomiansvar for markederne i Asien. Opgaverne bliver bl.a.:
- Planlægning og gennemførelse af salgsaktiviteter
- Opfølgning med kunde og leverandørkontakt
- Produkt – og sortimentsudvikling
- Identifikation og opbygning af nye kunder samt distributions- og salgskanaler
- Udvikling af oplæg til markedsstrategier og budgetlægning
Den ønskede kandidat skal være ”købmand” der af egen drift kan opbygge markedet ved at udvikle eksisterende kunder og skabe nye kunder samt partnerskaber.
Den formelle uddannelse er ikke så vigtig, men en videregående uddannelse indenfor eksport og afsætning vil blive prioriteret. Den ønskede kandidat skal have minimum 2 – 3 års erfaring med eksport til Asien med fødevarer. Kandidaten skal kende til markedsforholdene og være vant til at handle med distributører/grossister/agenter samt Food Servicevirksomheder, og kandidaten skal kunne dokumentere gode resultater.
Endvidere ønskes en kandidat på der:
- har stor arbejdskapacitet og som holder fokus
- har gode relations skabende kompetencer
- er en dygtig forhandler der også formår at se nye muligheder
- arbejder struktureret og resultatorienteret for at nå sine mål
- er positiv med energi og begejstring
