Job Description:

A prestigious opportunity has arisen for a seasoned sales professional to spearhead the growth of our international business.

We are seeking a highly experienced VP of Global Sales to join our dynamic team in Svenstrup, Denmark. As a key member of our executive management team, you will be responsible for driving global sales strategy and execution, leveraging your expertise to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners across the globe, fostering trust and loyalty.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team of 10 employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to achieve success.
  4. KPI Management: Establish and track relevant KPIs to measure sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, informing strategic business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in similar sales leadership roles, preferably within the computer components or gaming equipment industry.
  • Extensive experience selling to OEM customers and navigating complex international markets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams remotely.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
Working Conditions:

This role requires up to 100 annual travel days, primarily to Asia and the US. You must be comfortable traveling extensively and have a proven ability to conduct business in these regions.
