About the Role
Deltek, a global leader in project-based business solutions, seeks an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our award-winning Support Services team. Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, this role offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional support to customers worldwide via phone, chat, and email.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch technical assistance to Deltek's Maconomy Enterprise and Cloud-based customers, leveraging problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot and triage issues.
- Meet operational and customer satisfaction metrics individually and as part of a collaborative team.
- Drive continuous improvements and expand skills and knowledge to enhance the customer experience and contribute to our Knowledge Base.
- Collaborate with line managers and proactively manage job tasks to achieve project-level initiatives that bring value to customers, employees, and the business.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing, problem-solving role with a technology business.
- Previous knowledge of Maconomy ERP system, accounting background, software and/or database knowledge (SQL or Oracle), and/or superuser experience from another ERP system is an advantage.
- A clear passion for delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating customer-centric behaviors.
- A successful career working in a team environment, strong problem-solving skills, and ownership to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- General Microsoft server operating system knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, operate independently, and be self-motivated.
Benefits and Remuneration
We offer a competitive salary range of approximately DKK 550,000 - DKK 700,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, pension plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
